HISTORY 

In a desperate attempt to prove that his work had value to the company, Andrew Bryant, a young research scientist at the Pacific Electrical Corporation, conducted a dangerous experiment involving gamma rays and infrared rays. The result of the experiment should have been lethal for him, but miraculously young Bryant survived. And not only that, but as he would soon discover, the radiation bombardment to which he was subjected had accelerated the mutation of his genes, improving his physical structure and granting him paranormal powers. Andrew decided to use his new abilities to fight crime and help those in need, becoming Captain Electric. His best ally was Detective Grace Adams (from the Agatha Detective Agency) who also became his girlfriend.
