HISTORY 

Wiley Collins was once considered the best archer in the United States, but when he used his skills to commit murder, he came into conflict with Young Robin Hood and his gang. Young Robin Hood managed to defeat the Ghost Archer in a duel, but the Archer's fate is uncertain.
