Hutter grew up in a wealthy German-Jewish family. However, he deeply despised his Jewish roots and tried to bury them by murdering his parents and joining the nascent Nazi party. He even volunteered for an experimental treatment that would transform him into a real Aryan soldier. However, the experiment transformed him into a cannibalistic monster. Far from quenching his fervor, this mishap only fueled it. Hitler himself gave him the title of Count Berlin (although behind his back he despised him for his origins) and Hutter became one of the most bloodthirsty agents of the Reich, capable of great savagery whenever he lets himself be carried away by his most primary instincts. Count Berlin carried out several sabotage missions in the United States during World War II, which would lead him to come into conflict with various North American masked adventurers.
POWERS & WEAPONS
Hutter possesses inhuman strength and is faster and has more stamina than the fastest Olympic sprinter. His body is capable of withstanding trauma that would incapacitate or kill a normal human while remaining operational. His agility, balance, coordination and reflexes are superior, as well as his senses (he can see perfectly in the dark -although he suffers from photophobia on the contrary- and his sense of smell is also extremely acute, allowing him to follow tracks like a bloodhound). Hutter possesses sharp teeth and claws strong enough to rip a grown man apart in a matter of seconds. But perhaps his most disturbing ability is to communicate and command an army of sewer rats.
