Fritz Jebsen was a nazi spy who intended to sabotage a power plant in the United States. The sabotage went wrong and Jebsen received a tremendous electrical shock that should have killed him, but instead the nazi gained incredible electric powers. Fritz became Schock (Shock in English) and spent the war facing the super-humans of the allied side. His fate after the fall of the Third Reich is uncertain...
POWERS & WEAPONS
Schock was capable of generating enough electricity to electrify an entire river, melt steel, and even break through concrete walls. He could also fly, had super strength, and could generate electromagnetism. At first, he needed to recharge periodically, but over time that became less and less necessary for him.
