Fritz Von Straff, was a Nazi spy who disguised himself as the Green Ghost to carry out sabotage in the United States. Sean Garnett captured him, but the FBI bribed him to operate as the Green Ghost in Germany. However, the real Green Ghost distrusted Von Straff and traveled to Germany to investigate. Sure enough, Von Straff had gotten greedy and was playing a triple game. He was eventually stopped by Sean Garnett.
POWERS & WEAPONS
Von Straff had no special powers, but he was well trained and well funded. The Nazis did not possess vitamin 2-X, but used an experimental steroid with similar effects, increasing Von Straff's strength and reflexes to superhuman levels for brief periods of time.
They also developed their own bulletproof chain mail.
