Lee Saber was a mutant born on the Four Star Martian colony in the 37th century.
Saber enlisted in the Space Patrol where she quickly stood out thanks to her mental powers. He became famous when he stopped a Q'Satian plot to invade the Confederate Planets. Commissioner Malcolm Salem recommended him to the Inter-Space Justice Syndicate.
He was admitted and joined as a member with the code name Telo.
