Sina Kerry was an Australian ranch owner who ran an international diamond smuggling ring. When a customs inspector started getting too close to her operation, she had her henchmen take him out. When journalist Kitty Doyle tried to arrange an interview with her, she became suspicious and kidnapped her. Kitty's boyfriend, race car driver Simon Binder, who was secretly the Silver Streak, realized that Kitty had disappeared and tracked the criminals to a toy store they used to distribute their merchandise. The Headhunter Queen attacked the Silver Streak with her boomerang, but he managed to dodge all of her attacks thanks to her speed and after defeating her he handed her over to the authorities, earning himself a mortal enemy in doing so.

Sina was an expert in using the boomerang and an above average fighter. After being defeated by the Silver Streak, Sina began using a new set of trick boomerangs (explosive, sonic, etc.).
