Rogul is originally from the Planet Xalthon. Xalthon was a planet very similar to Earth. So similar was its dominant species to humans that they ended up destroying their world in a nuclear conflict. Rogul managed to survive thanks to his power, teleporting to Earth. The jump between worlds left him exhausted and completely disoriented. He was detained by the police and spent several days in a cell before being able to "jump" again. Rogul is a criminal, a thief, and a scoundrel, but he is not a killer, or even a fighter, and he avoids direct confrontation whenever possible.
POWERS & WEAPONS
Rogul can teleport between two locations of his choosing or teleport other people as well. The continued use of his powers or the distance he teleports increases fatigue, requiring him to rest before he can use his power again. He also possesses a limited ability to fly.
