Blair Storm, a wanted criminal, found a new way to continue his criminal activities by disguising himself as the Jackal. Blair was a brutal individual, whose signature was to kill with a rope, by hanging his victims, anyone who got in the way of his plans. He was captured, but years later he escaped from prison and took refuge in an old monastery from where he continued his nightly ritual of brutal robberies and murders. His rivalry with the Dickering clan would ultimately lead to his death.
