HISTORY 

Fred Larkin was the son of General Larkin (in charge of the security of T.O.W.E.R.) and the scientific collaborator of Professor Wood in his research. Fred was chosen by Professor Wood to carry the special belt and become an agent of T.O.W.E.R., codename "Lightning".

The belt gave his user super powers with a touch of dial. These skills included firing electricity from their fingers, super strength and invulneravility. Fred was also a brilliant scientist and had highlighted in his university stage as a football player.

HISTORY 

Major Robert Inapak was a Native American astronaut from NASA's Gemini Project who was transferred to T.O.W.E.R., cybernetically empowered by Professor Wood and codenamed 'Space Ace'. At that time (60s of the 20th century) the Earth was divided into two blocks, East and West, with the threat of an Atomic War constantly over their heads. When the city of Denver is wiped off the map in a mysterious flash, the first reaction was to blame the Soviets, but to avoid complete global annihilation, Space Ace is dispatched to investigate who or what caused the tragedy. Major Inapak discovers that the person responsible for the attack is Roxtyl, leader of the planet Lunrak, who wants to raze the Earth and then add it to his possessions. Inapak fights against Roxtyl and his henchmen, defeating them and saving the planet from destruction.

HISTORY 

Owen "Speed" Karr, was a reputed FBI analyst. During his youth he was a physical prodigy and Olympic athletic promise, until he was diagnosed with a degenerative neuro-muscular disease. He then turned to criminology, standing out greatly, despite the physical deterioration. Owen would be contacted by Dr. Wood, who offered him a position at T.O.W.E.R. After many implants and biochemical procedures, Karr was reborn, turned into a living weapon, an agent of T.O.W.E.R.

Speed made up for his illness by sharpening his mind to the maximum, becoming a great detective. Following Dr. Wood's treatment, Karr acquired super-human speed and reflexes.

HISTORY 

Marcus Kemp was an associate of Professor Wood who was working on a series of androids incredibly advanced for his time. One of his best prototypes was a perfect double of himself. In fact, it was so perfect that assumed it was the real Kemp and took his place. During a costume party, the android suffered a fortuitous malfunction, murdering Kemp's girlfriend, Sandra Cummings. The automaton escaped the party pursued by a group of enraged attendees. Upon reaching the laboratory, the android released the real Kemp, who, upon learning what had happened, destroyed the killing machine. Unfortunately, the pursuers were on the prowl and it was in vain for the good doctor to explain the strange story of the robotic double. They beat him up and then hung him up... 

However, that was not the end of Dr. Kemp, thanks to Professor Wood, who revived him, or at least his conscience, inside the body of another android. Since then, Kemp has worked for T.O.W.E.R. under the codename T.A.L.O.S. (Tactical Assault Living Operating System). But... Is he really Marcus Kemp or is it a machine that thinks it is the real Marcus Kemp? 

POWERS & WEAPONS 

Marcus Kemp escaped death by transferring his conscience to an android body. Professor Wood added the Kemp-designed androids the ability to turn invisible, making them the perfect recon / infiltration soldiers. T.A.L.O.S.'s bodies are so technically advanced that they are closer to a living organism than a typical robot. However, they do not need to breathe, are immune to poisons and drugs, and possess inhuman strength, though not on the level of Lightning. If one of these android bodies is destroyed, T.A.L.O.S. can survive as long as another body is within range to transmit his conscience. He can inhabit only one body at a time. T.A.L.O.S. has used bodies specially designed to pass for a specific person, adopting all the physical features of the subject in question.

HISTORY 

Jane Dare was an air ace, who participated in aerial competitions and was involved in many adventures, often dealing with spies and foreign criminals. She worked as a test pilot at the Starcraft Aviation Factory and her fame was such that the organization called T.O.W.E.R. offered her the opportunity to experience the flying sensation in a way that she had never experienced before. And that's how Jenny Dare became the agent of T.O.W.E.R. nicknamed 'Swanhild'.

HISTORY 

Timothy Pepper was a US' State Department special operative and later he was recruited to be a field agent of the alpha team of T.O.W.E.R., with the codename 'Radar'. Tim inherited his ESP (Extra Sensory perception) powers from his mother, a medium, and used them to fight crime, anarchy, and communism. Professor Wood designed a helmet that increased his psychic abilities exponentially.

Timothy's powers, without the helmet, included telepathy, remote sight, precognition, and telekinesis, albeit very limited and highly stressing (represented in the form of nosebleeds). Wearing the helmet designed by Professor Wood, Radar was probably the most powerful member of T.O.W.E.R's alpha team.

HISTORY 

Bertram 'Navy' Jones was a former Olympic swimmer and U.S. Navy lieutenant who joined T.O.W.E.R. (Tactical Operations: Warfare / Enforcement / Rescue), the UN Extranormal Security Division. Jones was bionically augmented by Professor Wood to become the underwater agent of T.O.W.E.R. Unlike most of TOWER's alpha team, Jones spent most of the time at Neptune Station, a seafloor research facility near Pearl Harbor, built by Professor Wood and directed by Dr. Coral Prince.

Navy Jones was already a skilled fighter and an excellent swimmer and diver even before he was treated by Professor Wood. T.O.W.E.R. enhanced him bionically to survive in the depths of the ocean. He was stronger and more resilient than a normal human and could breathe underwater. 

He often carried firearms and piloted a mini-submarine.
