Jagga was a pirate and space conqueror native to Planet Zymal. He was one of the most abject creatures in the universe and his sole goal was to accumulate wealth and power, having established himself as a dictator on more than a dozen worlds. After attempting to conquer Earth and be defeated by the heroes, Jagga was judged and convicted for his crimes at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, but the villain managed to escape before being locked up.
POWERS & WEAPONS
Jagga not only possessed colossal brute strength, he was also an evil genius, endowed with devilish intelligence. Standing around 8 feet tall, the Space Raider could perform physical feats only within the reach of the most powerful beings, being able to trade blows with Wonder Man himself. Jagga also had a high degree of immunity to radiation levels that would kill most other creatures, although a certain type was capable of putting him into a temporary coma. Jagga commanded his own interplanetary ship, translated into English as "Lady Lifebreaker". Jagga's second on board was another Zymalian (rather slow but faithful as a dog) named Gool.
