Peter J. O'Leary was a highly decorated Marine Corps veteran. After leaving the Corps, O'Leary was assigned to the Central Intelligence Agency, where he was ordered to select a series of female operatives, each with a very particular set of skills. The Project was called ALMANAC. Under his command, the female agents selected by O'Leary would act as sleepers, waiting to be activated to carry out a dangerous and specific mission, returning to their role as sleepers once completed, as if nothing had happened.
