Eeles "Eel" Hiltunen, aka Professor Aqua, was once a sideshow freak who amazed children and adults alike with his ability to stay underwater indefinitely. After years of being watched, Eel grew tired of being a spectacle and decided that he could use his uncanny abilities to start a lucrative criminal career. However, Eel did not expect that there would also be individuals like him on the other side of the law...
POWERS & WEAPONS
Eel was able to breathe underwater. He also possessed superhuman strength and was a very fast swimmer. He initially used conventional firearms, but later began using a stun gun (later this ability was built right into his uniform). Hiltunen was also a contortionist extraordinaire, and his suit had been designed to reduce friction to a minimum, making him extremely difficult to grasp.
