Professor Zhāngyú ("octopus" in Chinese) was the commander of a Chinese nuclear submarine, the Jiaolong.
The Jiaolong had the mission of carrying out random sabotage in any port of the United States allied countries, in any point of the globe. Professor Zhāngyú and the Jiaolong squared off on several occasions against the masked heroes of the free world, until, with the help of the British Royal Navy, the submarine was finally sunk.
However, Professor Zhāngyú was able to escape the Jiaolong's destruction in a mini-sub and swore that one day he would take revenge...
POWERS & WEAPONS
Professor Zhāngyú was a mutant who had six fully functional arms. He was an intelligent leader and a master mind. He was a more than passable hand-to-hand fighter (mostly due to the great advantage his extra arms conferred), and an above average fencer. The Jiaolong was a Chinese Han-class nuclear submarine with modifications designed by Professor Zhāngyú himself to increase its maneuverability, speed, and range.
