HISTORY 

1943, Africa. Dr. Jonathan Weir of the US Army Medical Corps finds an artifact of incredible magical power, The Purple Claw. A young nurse, Ann Morgan, murders the doctor and take possession of the mystical object. A year later, back in the USA, the beautiful and wealthy socialite Ann Morgan is also secretly the enigmatic Purple Tigress, leader of the Purple Claw Society, a cult of female supremacist fanatics and their entourage of pathetic submissive suitors, The Purple Shirts.

The Purple Claw gave Ann Morgan disturbing powers, turning her into a kind of extremely powerful psychic vampire, capable of consuming the life, strength, or special powers of her (usually male) victims. The more victims or adepts, the greater her power and strength grew. Her personality was magnetic, capable of stealing the will and making thousands of people lose their common sense, who followed her without thinking. Through that stolen lifeforce, she was able to stay abnormally young for decades.
