Hidden in the jungles of Zimbabwe lives a tribe of Caucasians called the Watesa. It is believed, absurd as it may seem, that the Watesa come from Ireland, due to their physical morphology and cultural evidence, having developed a syncretism between their Gaelic roots and the influence of their Bantu neighbors. They are led by a woman whom they consider a divinity, or rather, the daughter of one. Her name is Sheah and she was apparently with the original group from Ireland. She is always accompanied by a huge saber-toothed tiger, Kigah. Kigah was already there when the Watesa arrived from Ireland, from which it follows that it is not a mere animal and the fact of its deification is understandable. Somehow, Sheah's life is tied to Kigah's. As long as one lives, the other will live.
POWERS & WEAPONS
Sheah possesses extraordinary agility, comparable to that of an Olympic-class athlete. Her hunting and fighting skills are at the limit of human ability. Sheah is able to speak Old Gaelic, Latin, various Bantu languages, as well as the Watesa dialect and English. She has advanced healing knowledge and is a leader with hundreds of years of experience. Kigah is a Smilodon and has all the natural abilities associated with that species, plus extremely slow aging and near-human intelligence.
