HISTORY 

Luther Schäfer, aka Snowbird, was a petty criminal and cocaine addict who became the Strangler's partner in crime. For a brief period of time Schäfer and the Strangler took control of the New York underworld, but were stopped by the TyroTeam. The Strangler escaped and Snowbird went to jail, where he would end up dying in circumstances yet to be clarified. Lotte Schäfer, Luther's sister, teamed up with the Strangler as the new Snowbird to "avenge" the death of her brother, which she blamed on the Tyro Team. 

POWERS & WEAPONS 

Lotte snorts a kind of synthetic cocaine called "Schneesturm" (Snowstorm - SS) that gives her superhuman abilities. The SS provides her with superhuman strength, speed, and resistance to physical damage. Also It grants her a touch that produces effects similar to those of a cocaine overdose.

HISTORY 

Heinrich the Strangler was an ex-stasi agent turned professional criminal. Originally he was the product of Nazi experimentation, born in a laboratory, with hyper-increased physical abilities and appearance similar to a huge ape. He teamed up with a petty criminal nicknamed Snowbird (due to his strong cocaine addiction) and they became the leaders of New York City's criminal element, until they were stopped by the Tyro Team. However Heinrich managed to escape. Some time later the Strangler teamed up with a new Snowbird (the sister of the previous one) to get revenge on Tyro Team.

Heinrich, the Strangler, was a towering hulk of a man with inhuman physical strength, durability and stamina, plus he was skilled as a hand-to-hand combatant, spy and interrogator.
