HISTORY 

The man known as Shinigami was one of the Black Dragon Society's main assassins. It was said of him that he had never failed in any assigned mission. He was bound by the "Blood Oath" not to rest until he completed his task. 

During World War II he carried out missions of espionage, sabotage and terrorism on American soil, facing different masked heroes.

Shinigami possessed great intelligence and mental acuity. He was a skilled fighter in combat with and without weapons and an expert in infiltration. The Black Dragon Society provided him with the best equipment of the moment.

HISTORY 

The Black Dragon Society (Kokuryūkai in Japanese) was a prominent Japanese ultra-nationalist paramilitary group, founded in 1901 by Uchida Ryohei.

The Imperial Japanese Army used the Kokuryūkai network for espionage, sabotage and assassination, as well as to spread propaganda and disinformation.

The Black Dragon Society was generally described as a sinister secret society hell-bent on dominating the world and its agents as the most deadly, stealthy, and elusive.

Heroes like US Jones, Soldier and Rusty, Rangers of Freedom, Sky Master, Red Hawk, Captain Electric, Pat Parker and her Girl Commandos, Man from FLAG or others, fought against the Black Dragon Society or its agents at one point given or other.
