Whitney Ogden was an american secret agent. Ogden has worked for the CIA, the US Army, and finally T.O.W.E.R. Ogden always stood out for her loyalty and professionalism. T.O.W.E.R. assigned her to assemble a support team for the alpha team and Whitney recruited Jet Powers, Tommy Turner and Jack Dale. Together they formed the T.O.W.E.R. Task Team. Between missions, the three men wooed Whitney, who finally settled on Jet, the oldest one. She and Jet would end up getting married.
