HISTORY  

Sean Garnett, a rookie cop with the Fox City Police Department, was clearly a good man. In fact, he was so good that the eccentric scientist Dr. Kafka felt he was the only man who could be trusted to receive his new human performance-enhancing vitamin DRKSP (literally, "Dr. Kafka's Special Potion"), a pill which would turn the person who took it into a superhuman being for a period of time. Garnett decided to adopt a masked identity to fight crime, becoming the Green Ghost. Sean used tricks to make criminals believe they were dealing with a supernatural being, playing on the psychology and fear of his enemies to his advantage. 

POWERS & WEAPONS 

For an unspecified period of time after taking the vitamin DRKSP Garnett had superhuman strength. He wore a bulletproof green chainmail costume designed and created by Dr. Kafka. Kafka also improved a roadster for the Green Ghost.
