Additionally, the Wraith could possess other people's bodies at will. The activities of The Wraith were limited in time. “I'll square this if I have to return from the grave!
As Heaven is my witness!”
Several nights later, at midnight, Kennedy returned from the grave as a ghost, and after fulfilling his vengeful vow he continued to rise from his grave to mete out justice to wrongdoers on behalf of the dead victims, whose souls begged him to act as the Wraith. Gary Kennedy was a Crime Busters member and during World War II he was also part of the Battle Squadron.
