1HISTORY

Joe Blair was a private detective who was hired to investigate the theft of a prototype "motorized skates". Joe ended up using the prototype to become the crime fighter known as The ZIPP! During World War II, the ZIPP! was part of the second incarnation of The Liberty Guards. Unfortunately on this parallel world (Earth-164D), D-Day was a failure and World War II dragged on for decades. 

POWERS & WEAPONS

The ZIPP! has low-level superspeed thanks to his costume's motorized skates, being capable of traveling at speeds of up to 132 mph, and additionally the carborundum steel wheels allowed him to use them as cutting tools as well.
