Fu Chang, was an Interpol agent based in San Francisco. In him the best of the West was combined with the ancient traditions of the Far East. University doctorate summa cum laude and outstanding student of Master Sing Po. Po taught Chang the art of Xiang Jing, a powerful martial style inspired by Chinese chess. Due to his devotion to the teachings of his master, Chang vowed to always help the oppressed, which is why he joined Interpol. Thanks to his unique training, Fu Chang is able to solve great international mysteries. On one of his missions, he saved the beautiful Tay Ming, who became his girlfriend (later fiancee) and his partner in adventure. Chang is a prominent member of the Ti Yan Tong, a secret Chinese organization that fights against the triads and other criminal organizations to maintain balance in Chinatown.

Fu Chang had no powers, but he was a master of Xiang Jing, which made him a fearsome opponent, probably among the top 10 fighters in the world of his time. He also received Interpol training and is an exceptional detective.
