Terry Britt was a brave police officer who was selected by the Council of Six (a secret organization that acted outside the law) to become their agent, their soldier in the war against crime and corruption that devastated Crown City. That's how Britt became the Gangbuster. Terry fought against gangsters, saboteurs and corrupt politicians and when World War II came, he joined a group of brave paranormals led by the Sentinel, the Protector of America, the Liberty Guards, to fight against the Nazi hordes and their Axis' allies.
