GIRL COMMANDOS

HISTORY 

Captain Patricia Parker, formed an all-girl direct action team known as the Girl Commandos. The original members included Pat Parker, her friend Ellen Billings, Tanya Volkov, an "official Soviet photographer", and Penelope "Penny" Kirk, an American radio reporter. Mei-Ling "Emily" Feng, a Chinese woman, joined the team during their first mission in order to avenge her family's death at the hands of the Japanese army.

HISTORY 

Pat Parker was a young British nurse. When her city was bombed by the Nazis, she was able to use her abilities to help injured children. Soon after, she overhears Nazi agents planning an attack on the British navy. Angered by what happened to her village and eager to avoid further devastation, she decided to take matters into her own hands. After helping the Royal Air Force repel the Nazi assault, she joined the army of her country. She would later collaborate with the United States Office of Strategic Services, she recruited and led the special unit "Girl Commandos" and would help found DANGER.

During the war she met the Sky Soldier and they both fell in love, but he was reported missing before the end of the war, and although Pat waited for his return for a long time, she eventually married and started a family with a former R.A.F. 

POWERS & WEAPONS 

Parker was brave, athletic and a good fighter, thanks to her training. She was also skilled with weapons, communications and other equipment. 

She obtained a degree in medicine and combat surgery.
