The immortal adventurer named Jon was actually a native of ancient Atlantis, a hedonist, heartthrob, and womanizer, who left a trail of broken hearts wherever he went. Eventually, a jilted husband decided to give him what he deserved... The cuckold hired a necromancer who made Jon immortal and trapped him in a block of amber, as a trophy. Ironically, this act of revenge prevented Jon from dying when Atlantis was destroyed. His body remained preserved for centuries, long after the fall of Atlantis, until it finally washed up on the shores of Africa, where the amber shattered and Jon was set free. From that moment he spent his long life wandering the world, courting any beautiful woman he came across. While he was good at the courtship part, he never knew how to stay engaged. Of course, the fact that he was doomed to outlive all of his lovers probably didn't help.
Among his most famous lovers were, for example, Cleopatra, Salomé or Lucretia Borgia. Gossips say that Rodolfo Valentino copied his look. In the 1980s, Jon assembled and led his own team of heroes, the Ghost Guard. The team consisted of: Del Van Dyne Jr., leader of the top-secret government team known as the Death Patrol...
