The son of a scientist, a fearless female pilot, a powerful mentalist, an herculean african prince and a mystery man from the jungles of India (and his tiger) teamed up to travel to the distant Planet Gormon to prevent Interstellar tyrant Blaga Daru launched his hordes against Planet Earth.

HISTORY 

Gale Allen was a wealthy heiress and pioneer of aviation. 

She was chosen by scientist Frederick Baker to pilot his prototype spaceship bound for Planet Gormon. Accompanied by Fletcher 'Flint' Baker (Professor Baker's son), John Miracle (aka 'Dr. Miracle', a powerful mentalist), Akeem Elmalik (an African prince with a debt of honor to Miracle) and finally The Raider, also called the White Panther (a mistery man from the jungles of India, always accompanied by 'Tigress', his faithful tiger), Gale had to face the tyranny of Prince Blaga Daru, ruler of Planet Gormon, a cruel tyrant who intended to conquer Earth and make Gale his concubine. The five earthlings, known as the Liberators by the people of Gormon, led a revolt that ended the ruthless reign of Blaga Daru. During the war against Daru, Gale commanded a squad of female warriors, earning the rank of commander of Gormon's rebel forces. 

Following the liberation of the planet, she and Flint stayed behind to help rebuild Gormon and start a family.

Galle Allen had no superpowers, but she was agile, acrobatic, and a good fighter. Few men could match her as a pilot in her days.

HISTORY 

Frederick Baker was a scientist who discovered an advanced spaceship from Planet Gormon. The pilot when discovered tried to kill Baker and in the resulting fight, the earthman killed the gormoni and destroyed most of the ship. When Baker informed the authorities, they took him for a madman. He spent the rest of his life studying the remains of the alien ship trying to replicate its technology, intending to travel to Gormon to prevent an invasion. Frederick died shortly after his spaceship, the Rogue Star, was completed. At his funeral and subsequent Last Will and Testament reading, Fletcher 'Flint' Baker (his son), Gale Allen (the female pilot), John Miracle (a powerful mentalist), Akeem Elmalik (a herculean african prince partner of Miracle) and the millionaire Guy Schwimmer (actually, the mysterious Jungle Rider), were gathered. The five decided to embark on the Rogue Star bound for Gormon on a near-suicidal mission. The flight was successful and the team landed on the planet Gormon, near the city of Ru. Gormon was ruled by a ruthless tyrant, Prince Blaga Daru, who got infatuated with Gale and wanted to make her his concubine. Furthermore, having managed to reach Gormon, Blaga considered that the earthlings could become a threat and decreed the invasion of Earth before they became more powerful. The five of the Rogue Star led a revolt and managed to save Earth from being invaded. Sadly, Guy Schwimmer, the Jungle Raider, died heroically to save his teammates. Miracle and Akeem returned to earth with Tigress, Guy's tiger companion. Flint and Gale, who had fallen in love, decided to stay in Gormon and start a new life, working as peacekeepers defending justice. It is known that they had a son named Herc.

Flint was a promising scientist and college football star. On Gormon he became a cunning strategist and a skilled pilot. In his early adventures, Flint carried conventional Earth weapons, but later he wielded various types of ray guns and an electric saber.

HISTORY 

John Miracle was known as Dr. Miracle, the Master of Magic, a famous mentalist who possessed great magical powers and also used them to fight crime. 

Miracle had a fellow adventurer, the herculean African prince Akeem Elmalik, who contracted a debt of honor upon being saved by Miracle (actually a debt already paid, but Kareem was happy with his adventurous life and did not want to take on his responsibility as a prince). Miracle and Akeem traveled to the planet Gormon with Flint Baker, Gale Allen, and Guy Schwimmer to free it from the tyranny of Blaga Daru and prevent it from conquering Earth. After liberation, back on Earth, John took care of Tigress, Guy Schwimmer's feline pet (the Raider died heroicaly during the rebelion).

His magical powers included, but were not limited to, telekinesis, the ability to levitate, the ability to master fire, the ability to walk through solid walls, and the ability to cast illusions (which he often used to disguise himself or others). John was not omniscient, but he was a very good detective.

HISTORY 

Akeem Elmalik was the son of the ruler of Al Keshan, a wealthy and prosperous city-state in northeast Africa. During an event never well explained, Dr. Miracle, the Master of Magic (the American John Miracle), a famous mentalist and magician, supposedly saved the life of the young prince, causing him to incur a life debt. This debt led him to become Miracle's partner in adventures. Needless to say, the debt was paid off countless times, but both John and Akeem acted as if nothing had happened, simply because the situation pleased them both (and Akeem did not want to take on the responsibilities of him as Prince and future King of Al Keshan). Akeem traveled to the planet Gormon with Miracle and other adventurers (Flint Baker, Gale Allen and Guy Schwimmer) to free it from the tyranny of Blaga Daru and prevent the villain from conquering Earth. After liberation, back on Earth, Akeem, with the help of the Enchanted Dagger, went in search of the late Guy Schwimmer's successor, the next Jungle Rider.

HISTORY 

From his lair in an ancient city in ruins, hidden deep in the jungle of the Indian subcontinent, the Jungle Raider protects nature and its creatures, the good people who inhabit it and the unsuspecting "civilized people" who wander into the depths of the jungle without knowing its dangers. 

Guy Schwimmer, The Jungle Raider, is the latest in a long line of masked men. The first Jungle Raider obtained his uniform and the Enchanted Dagger from a tribal chief more than 400 years ago. Since then, a Jungle Raider has acted as a protector of those who cannot defend themselves. Guy's father made him swear that he would use his abilities to "destroy all evil and make good prevail", just as each of the Jungle Raiders has done to his successor from the beginning. Jungle Raider traveled to the planet Gormon along with Flint Baker, Gale Allen, John Miracle, and the African prince Akeem Elmalik. Together they faced Prince Blaga Daru, a tyrant who sought to conquer Earth and make Gale his concubine. The group of earthlings led an insurrection that ended Daru's evil reign. Unfortunately, Guy heroically lost his life during the conflict, becoming a legend on two worlds, Earth and Gormon. Miracle and Akeem returned to Earth with Tigress (Guy's female tiger companion), who was left in John's charge. 

Akeem, with the help of the Enchanted Dagger, went in search of Guy's successor, the next Jungle Rider.

POWERS & WEAPONS 

The Jungle Raider possesses the Enchanted Dagger, which grants him certain special powers, such as clairvoyance or increased strength and agility. Whoever comes in contact with the Dagger's blade is magically forced to tell the truth. Guy had a female tiger for a companion whom he called by the very creative name "Tigress". Tigress obeyed all of Guy's orders, even those that he did not verbalize... Upon his death, Tigress was left in charge of the mentalist John Miracle.

HISTORY 

Prince Blaga Daru was an interplanetary tyrant. Commanding an army of shock troopers, he used "Super-Dreadnaught" starships to conquer or destroy any planet he pleased. From his throne in Planet Gormon, Daru planned to conquer the Earth, which he considered a "puny" planet. He desired his enemy, Gale Allen, for his wife, however, Allen and her allies, the so named Liberators, succeeded in  defeat and dethrone Daru.

Blaga Daru possessed an incredible intellect, which he used for evil purposes, outsmarting his enemies and setting traps for them, devising vile schemes, and various other intentions. He had some pretty advanced technology, a fleet of starships, and a vast army of loyal warriors.
