When danger or outlaws threatened Lincoln City, Rancher Jim Larrimore donned a black hood and became the Night Rider. The Night Rider had a Pinto horse named Lightning, named for the lightning bolt-shaped stain on his forehead. During his career as vigilante, he has had several companions: a mariachi named Diego, a young Native American named Bright Feather, or Texas, the laziest man and the fastest revolver in the west. The Night Rider also collaborated with Sheriff Hank Fletcher.
