HISTORY 

Muggsy's real name was Rica Swisslak. She was the twin sister of David Swisslak, Sovereign of Swisslakia and she was kidnapped when she was very young. The kidnappers took her from Swisslakia to the US and she forgot any memory of her homeland or her real family. Calling herself Muggsy (and posing as a boy), she became a petty criminal. Years later, David (and the Stone Golem) reunited with her lost twin and restored her memories. Rica helped her brother recover some Swisslakian relics with the help of the Tyro Team. Among these relics was the legendary Blue Crystal, which Rica kept after the adventure, becoming the Crystal Queen. David returned to Europe and Rica stayed in the US as a member of the Tyro Team... But unbeknownst to her teammates, Crystal Queen became a crime boss with dreams of conquering the world, allied with The Clutching Hand and master assassin Death Mask. 

POWERS & WEAPONS 

Rica obtained the legendary Blue Crystal, which was capable of creating large masses of silicon crystal. Anything from a glass sculpture to a slide or a glass jail to lock opponents from her, effectively immobilizing them. The Crystal Queen was brash and had a fair amount of resources, including a fortress, hired thugs, and vehicles.
