HISTORY 

Jack 'Red' James was a police detective who teamed up with Margaret 'Ritty' Miller to arrest the murderer of Police Captain Dudley "Daddy" Miller, her father. After solving the case, Red left the police force and together they created a detective agency. During one case, they became the target of a mad scientist, Dr. Barmell, who captured and shrunk them down to a height of 6 inches. In addition to miniaturizing the pair, he also brainwashed and sent them to assassinate certain targets. The couple managed to break free and foil the evil scientist's plans. After that they began collaborating with the FBI, until the start of World War II, at which point they both joined Sentinel's Liberty Guards to fight against the tyranny of the Axis forces. Unfortunately on this parallel world (Earth-164D), D-Day was a failure and World War II dragged on for decades. 

POWERS & WEAPONS 

Red and Ritty were downsized to 6 inches, while maintaining the same strength/mass. At first they weren't able to regain their original size, but later they were able to reverse their size at will.
