Zagros Halgo is the self-proclaimed leader of the Outer Planetary Circle, an alien terrorist organization interested in conquering Earth, among other planets. Halgo and his minions possess the Solar Crystals, terrible weapons that feed on solar energy. Members of the Circle ride aero-beasts, huge insectoid creatures (similar to the Earth Praying Mantis), originating from the moon of Lorc-Than.
POWERS & WEAPONS
Solar crystals absorb solar radiation and store it. The wearer of the crystal can use it to generate powerful force beams, create energy shields, or generate tractor beams. The greatest weakness of crystals is the dependence on its solar charge. Aero-beasts are as big as trucks, living weapons of mass destruction, and extremely loyal to their owners.
