Ms. Rodd was raised as a boy by her father, a seasoned combat veteran, so it was not surprising that when Constance came of age she decided to join the United States Armed Forces. Connie excelled as a mechanic and pilot. She was truly capable of piloting and repairing almost any vehicle. Her comrades-in-arms nicknamed her "Miss Fix It".
After graduating from the army, she was recruited by the Death Patrol.

Miss Fix It was capable of superbly piloting an incredible variety of vehicles, motorcycles, cars, tanks, planes, helicopters... Virtually any motorized vehicle known to man. Her expertise as a mechanic was equally or more exceptional.
