Masters later left his college job and became a United States government agent and a member of the Ultimate Super Agents.

HISTORY 

Nicholas Terry was a young man whose parents were murdered. Seeking revenge, Nick enlisted in the FBI, where he was trained to become a special agent, but he soon became frustrated due to regulations that seemed to hinder the functioning of law enforcement. Then he went one step further, using the family fortune and with the help of his Chinese butler, Soto, he designed a costume and armed himself with high-tech gadgets, transforming himself into the Owl. Belle Wayne, the Morning Eagle's star reporter, discovered the Owl's true identity and became Nick's girlfriend and the Owl's companion under the nickname Miss Owl.

HISTORY 

Simon Binder was a young taxi driver in NYC who had great driving skills. His driving skills caught the attention of Mr. Chandra Swamy, an eccentric millionaire who enjoyed building racing cars. Mr. Swamy's best racing car, the Silver Streak, became a target for someone or something, because every time someone drove it, that person was killed. Because of this added danger no one wanted to pilot it, except Simon. Unfortunately, as expected, he was also murdered, but Mr. Swamy managed to bring him back to life thanks to a "secret fluid." His resurrection had an unexpected side effect: Simon Binder gained the paranormal ability to move at superhuman speed. This is how Simon Binder, taking the name of the prototype (Silver Streak) became a costumed hero. 

Note: Silver Streak's powers can be transferred to others through blood transfusions. This was how his teenage sidekick, Mickey O'Toole AKA Meteor Boy, received his powers.

Prince Falkar is the crown prince of an extraterrestrial race of winged men. HISTORY 

The life of 14-year-old boy Bobby Sanders changed forever the day a tornado hit his hometown of Windy Gap and leveled the family farm, leaving Bobby the only survivor with no memory of anything that happened*. With nothing and no one to tie him to that place, young Bob dedicated himself to traveling from state to state, learning to use his new skills and helping everyone in need. Roy "Shark" Brodie was a sailor who worked as a soldier of fortune, fighting anyone from one end of the Pacific Ocean to the other, in exchange for good pay. However, floating half dead in the middle of the ocean, Roy was saved by Father Neptune, a mysterious old man with paranormal abilities, abilities that he transmitted to Roy, whom he turned into his agent, a protector of the marine world and all its creatures. Private detective Terry Gardner, a former Marine sergeant and former wrestling champion, was investigating the disappearance of a man named Wilmer. Wilmer in turn was pursued by two hired assassins, Maxim and Nada, who sow chaos and death wherever they go. One of the couple's victims is a gypsy whose pet parrot named Snoop is adopted by Terry. The bird has a habit of saying strange phrases, for example "The Timberwolf will be the Master of the Twilight." However, Gardner thinks about this phrase and, inspired by the emergence of paranormal heroes, decides to become one, the Twilight Timberwolf.

But the sign of his identity as a vigilante was his magnificent skill as an archer, endowed with almost perfect precision. HISTORY 

The Shape was originally an artificial life form created by Professor Scuba by exposing a protoplasmic mass made of special chemicals to an ultraionized hyperluminic beam. However, it was Kevin Boyd, Scuba's careless laboratory assistant, who accidentally caused that protoplasm to gain consciousness. At first his mind was similar to that of a small child, but he soon evolved into a crazy teenager, perhaps because of the bond created with young Boyd. Together they lived many adventures and The Shape became part of the Crime Smashers, the most famous team of paranormal heroes. Using his ability to change shape and appearance, the Shape was able to create an alter-ego, Roy Richards, private investigator. 

POWERS & WEAPONS 

The Shape's powers derive from his physiology, being an artificial life form created by Professor Scuba. The Shape possesses complete control over its physical structure, being able to alter its mass and constitution at will. There seems to be no limit to the sizes and shapes he can take. The only limitation he has concerns color, which he cannot change without intense concentration, so he generally sticks to his basic scheme (black, yellow and white, plus his artificial skin tone). His artificial body appears to be immune to most physical impacts, except for sudden changes in temperature, ultrasonic waves, and solvents, but in no case is the damage caused permanent. Their body mass can disperse, but it tends to recompose and regenerate more or less quickly, depending on the severity of the damage. Being an artificial being, he does not age either and has little vulnerability to psychic attacks.

HISTORY 

Z is an android built specifically to face top-level superhumans, a perfectly designed fighting machine. However, Z has suffered defeat after defeat following its creation. On the one hand, this could be considered a failure, but everything has at least two points of view. And the other one is that for every time Z has been destroyed, it has come back, stronger, better, always. That may be the greatest virtue of the machine, it never gives up.

Z neither looks nor behaves like a robot. He has the appearance of an imposing and aristocratic man, well-mannered and fluent in speech.

POWERS & WEAPONS 

At first Z possessed inhuman strength, speed, and great resistance to damage, but was vulnerable to water. After being defeated it returned without that vulnerability. Over time it has been adding new abilities after each defeat: flight, generating electric shocks, energy absorption and a long etcetera. But the best thing without a doubt is its ability to rebuild and improve itself, seemingly endlessly.

HISTORY 

Bobby Wilson lost his father during World War I when his plane was shot down during the Battle of Saint-Mihiel, France. The boy idolized his late father and dreamed of flying. A higher power granted him both, as his father returned as a ghostly mentor and he was granted the gift of flying under his own power. Guided and advised by the ghost of his father, young Wilson used his powers to do good, always from anonymity, which earned him the nickname in the press of The Saving Spirit. The boy grew up doing good and became an airplane pilot. And when the golden age of paranormal heroes dawned, The Saving Spirit shined. After the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Bobby joined the other mystery men to form the Liberty Guards.

HISTORY 

Brock Brenner was a criminal, a professional thug who decided to rise to the major leagues. To achieve this he contacted an individual known by the original nickname of "The Chemist." The Chemist designed two gases for Brock: one was a gas that killed anyone in a matter of seconds; the other, which served as prophylaxis, also provided temporarily inhuman strength and endurance (depending on the concentration of the gas). Brock eliminated the chemist and kept the gas formulas for himself. He then donned an ostentatious bat hood and called himself "Brickbat" and became one of the top hitmen.

Grigori Ivanovitch was a Soviet adviser in the People's Republic of China. He was also a passionate collector of antiques. Grogori was fascinated by an ancient mask that represented a dark dragon-god. His fascination gave way to homicidal obsession: Ivanovitch caused the death of the daughter of the guardian of the object and immediately afterwards he himself executed the elderly guardian of the mask, but not before the old man cursed him with his last breath. Full of joy, the Soviet put on the mask of the dragon god, beginning his eternal slavery. Under the mask there was no longer a human face, but a blank canvas devoid of eyes, mouth, nose or any other trace of humanity.

That was the most terrible and last mistake of their lives, since the apparently harmless plant was actually an extremely hostile organism, a product of the radiation from the atomic tests carried out in the area.

The Green Horror is an unnamed species of intelligent parasitic flora that appears to be incredibly aggressive and will use tactics such as deception to lure fresh prey into range. It appears not to rely as much on solar energy as normal plants do. Green horror can infiltrate other living organisms through minor physical contact or even through spores. Once inside it will grow, feeding on its host until it is consumed. Amputating an infected limb stops the infection, but it is clearly not enough to stop the Green Horror completely.
